If the spool adopts ball valve type or slide valve type, the leakage will still be inevitable, that is, the oil may leak through the groove caused by the spool impact or the gap between the spool and the valve body. Therefore, the hydraulic lock spool used in the truck crane should be selected with good sealing performance of the cone core, even if the long-term use can also ensure that the oil does not leak.
According to the working condition characteristics of truck crane, IY-F type high pressure hydraulic lock with unloading spool should be selected.
There are two locking requirements for supporting and suspension locking for the outrigger oil circuit. According to different oil routes, each leg can be used only for a hydraulic control check valve, one-way hydraulic lock can only play the role of one-way locking, or by two hydraulic control check valve cross connection of the two-way hydraulic lock. The latter scheme is generally adopted. Each leg locking device must be set independently.
