First, the development of demand analysis. According to the function, performance, operating environment and other factors, together with the customer to develop a detailed user requirements specification, and then determine the development objectives.
II. Preliminary scheme design. According to the demand analysis, make the plan, including function and parameter setting, basic calculation, drawing the preliminary three-dimensional general work, and then carry out the preliminary review with the customer.
III. Detailed scheme design. Listen to the opinions of the preliminary examination and implement the scheme design. Modify and refine the general drawing of the 3D model, draw the 3D drawing of parts, and carry out finite element analysis and dynamic simulation of structural parts. And then with the customer for a second review.
IV. Determine the final scheme and draw the drawings. Listen to the opinions of the second instance and revise the scheme design. Draw up floor plan (such as parts drawing, assembly drawing and general assembly drawing, painting drawing, etc.), make out parts list and wear parts list.
5. Prepare all technical documents, including publicity, technical samples and product instruction manual.
